Training:

It is necessary to make use of the advantages and services offered by this centre to provide professional training to people working in medical fields mentioned above. There is a working relation with the Medical Specializations Board to keep some registrars under training in X-rays.  Actually a respectable number of technicians from the states including Khartoum have been trained. It also provides assistance to postgraduates students. This centre is officially acknowledged by the National medical Specialization Board-Sudan National medical Council as a real break through in diagnosis. Therefore it is considered to be an outstanding medical institution where workshops are held for prominent chief consultants to study rare issues and cases in this field. The centre was consulted in the establishment of Wad Madani Hospital Centre for diagnosis.

 The centre provides training in X-rays and others aspects for X-rays technicians and Labs. The training involves the most modern devices and system such as MRI and SPIRALC.T2

The centre receives trainees from all over the Sudanese states which have recently started to obtain these equipments after some operational and practical training. Thus they will be able to train their colleagues when they go home. The training includes the devices physic, photographing, in addition to practical training in operating the devices.

 The training task is carried out by the centre highly qualified and experienced staff in these fields. Trainees are often offered chances to work on the devices under technical supervision.
